Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Daily housekeeping
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Follow all companies policies and procedures
- In charge of daily retail operations
- Handling sales transactions with care
- Stock management of new arrivals
- Data entry for self-collection of online orders and online returns
Requirements:
- For permanent Part-timers: Fixed schedule and min. 6 months, 2-3 shifts per week
- For part-timers: flexible schedule and agreeable to low peak shifts (only once a week).
- Able to work weekends and shifts
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills

2. Creative and Marketing Intern (Full / Part Time)
- Gain hands-on experience across both creative production and marketing strategy, supporting photo shoots, video projects, and campaign executions.
- Learn how fashion shoots are conceptualised, planned, and brought to life — while understanding how content is strategically used to drive brand awareness and sales in the local fashion industry.
- Assist in the full creative process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all content aligns with brand direction, campaign objectives, and marketing messaging.
- Drive creative ideation by developing moodboards, campaign concepts, and content ideas for collections and seasonal launches.
- Create and edit engaging short-form video content for social media (especially Instagram & TikTok), with a strong focus on audience engagement, trends, and performance.
- Support digital marketing initiatives including design collaterals, EDMs, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Assist in managing weekly launches by uploading assets and ensuring all digital touchpoints (website, social platforms, marketing materials) are cohesive and on-brand.
- Gain exposure to content performance tracking and understand how creative decisions impact reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Strong eye for aesthetics and an understanding of how visuals translate into effective marketing content.
- Passion for fashion, social media, digital marketing, and brand-building.
- Highly organised with good time management skills, able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok especially), with awareness of current trends and content strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a major advantage.
- Experience in content creation (videography, photography, editing, styling) is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative and marketing teams.

3. Marketing Executive (Full-time)
We’re looking for a dynamic, fashion-forward Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is suited for someone who is creative, hands-on, and able to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
As a Marketing Executive, you have a strong passion for digital marketing and social media, with a keen eye for creating engaging content that connects with our audience.
Get excited to:
Create and implement promotional campaigns to drive sales (both retail & online) and LAB’s omnichannel presence. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital content is optimised for search engines, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (local and overseas) across digital channels (EDMs, social media, website, and in-store support)
- Create and manage content for marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and positioning.
- Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist with basic design work (e.g. EDMs, website banners, social media collaterals).
- Work with external agency on artwork checks.
- Be involved in styling and coordination for photoshoots and campaign shoots (local and overseas).
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product visibility and conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform strategies.
- Source and manage KOL and brand collaborations, build and maintain strong relationships (including key dates and gifting), ensure strong influencer-brand fit, and handle product sponsorships for giveaways.
- A/B testing to optimise performance.
- Improve on current work flow and document processes as SOP.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and cross-functional projects.

- Portfolio is a MUST.

- Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

4. Fashion Designer / Merchandiser
Are you a motivated and talented Fashion Designer eager to contribute to a growing Singapore fast-fashion brand?
We invite you to be a part of our dynamic team at Love and Bravery, as we seek to create a collection of statement pieces and everyday wear for the modern woman.
As a Fashion Designer/Merchandiser, you will collaborate with your team to create various products across our collections.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Designer with a keen eye for trendspotting and the skills to translate trends into modern, wearable pieces.
Get excited to:
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seek design inspiration. This includes creating story, mood, color boards.
- Keep an eye on trends and interpret specific color palettes, patterns and prints for each season.
- Collaborate with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
- Ensure product is in agreement with business strategy.
- Select fabrics and trims.
- Create production sketches for development packages.
- Plan collections through the year.
- Design and layout prints and form a collection around prints.
- Review products for style and fit during presentation.
- Take part in styling photoshoots.
- Manage suppliers / factories that we work with: place orders, liaise with them for fabrics / assorted accessories / samples / price negotiations / manage deadlines etc.
- Any other related administrative work
About you:
You're currently working in a similar role, or ready to take the next step in your career. You're the perfect mix of creative and technical, with a flair for fashion design.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in fashion design preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and analytic skills.
- Experience in assisting in all aspects of design from concept to sampling to final production is desirable.
- Knowledge of the fashion and fabric industry.
- Understanding of graphic art, colours, fabrics, trim and fit.
- Ability to interpret fashion trends for the fast fashion industry.
- Be fashion-forward and trend-focused.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience liaising with off-shore vendors.
- Reliable with strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
